Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed only after the booking amount is received.
• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• The remaining payment must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery.
• Album printing will begin only after full payment and final photo selection.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients should provide complete event details before the wedding.
• Any schedule changes must be informed as early as possible.
• Necessary permissions at venues are the client's responsibility.

4. Photo Selection & Album

• Clients are requested to select photographs within 30 days.
• Delays in selection may extend delivery timelines.
• Album design revisions are limited to two rounds.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Preview photographs are usually delivered within the agreed timeline.
• Final edited photographs and films are delivered after payment clearance and selection completion.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak wedding season.

6. Copyright

Viewfinder Photography retains the copyright of all photographs and films. Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial usage requires written permission.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• If the event is postponed, we will try to accommodate the new date based on availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver the highest quality work, Viewfinder Photography shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, equipment failure due to unforeseen events, or venue limitations.
